FunnelAnalyst

FunnelAnalyst is a highly flexible reporting and analysis toolset that supports real-time business analytics across the marketing stack, incorporating:

  • identity graph and customer profile analytics based on Amazon QuickSight,

  • event data discovery and visualization based on elasticsearch and Kibana, and,

  • real-time machine learning models that can be integrated into FC eventstream processing.

As FunnelManager version 3 develops, FunnelAnalyst capabilities will expand to cover all provisions of the above list.

FunnelManager provides access to Profile-Level Dashboards and/or NAtive Reporting created under the bespoke requirements of our clients. Those with administrator privileges can manage user access to these dashboards via the Dashboard Management page.

For further information and to request access to this reporting, please contact your Teavaro Customer Account Manager.

Profile-Level Dashboards

Profile-Level dashboards incorporate several standard dashboard views defined in Amazon Quicksight.

Upon entry to the Profile-Level Dashboards page, the user will be directed to select from available dashboards from a dropdown menu. Upon selection, the chosen dashboard will load in the viewing window.

Native Reporting

When a user is given permission to a native report, that report will appear as a menu item under the FunnelAnalyst selection.

The report will allow users to specify defined or custom time periods for that report and return the required results.

Dashboard Management

For users with admin permissions, access to the dashboards available for FunnelAnalyst can be managed via Dashboard Access in the User Admin sub-menu.

This interface allows users to add new dashboards (if they have the required dashboard ID from the connected provider) and manage the users with access to these dashboards.

Add Dashboard

Using the ‘+’ icon to the top right of the left hand panel, a user can add a new dashboard to those available to the FunnelManager interface. Once the wizard is open, users must:

  • Name the dashboard

  • Provide the dashboard ID

  • Select the dashboard source system

The users with access to this dashboard can then be selected from a list of all available users.

If a dashboard exists with a set of users that could be reused for a new dashboard, then that dashboard can be duplicated using the ‘copy to add’ icon on the top right of the right hand panel after the dashboard is selected. A new entry will be created with the same details, and the name and ID can be changed for the new dashboard entry and saved.

Edit Dashboard

By selecting a dashboard from the left panel, the details for that dashboard will appear in the right panel. Using the edit icon (pencil), a user can change the name and/or ID and add or remove users from the access to that dashboard.
