Platform Solution

This platform solution combines the following functionality into a single interface / call:

  1. Advanced real-time identity resolution and provision of a Unified Marketing Identifier (UMID), handling any login, network, Utiq, and other customer identifier, and setting a first-party server cookie.

  2. Analytics data collection using any available data layer and local storage data source, giving you server-side tracking not affected by ad blockers and browser restrictions. This events data is available as JSON data stream including configurable fields.

  3. Real-time data enrichment, including multiple concurrent server-side API calls to bring in profile and external data, for example “next best action”, and user-agent and IP address derived attributes.

  4. Real-time data inlining returning JSON formatted data to the client and sending data to external systems via webhook, for example to handle real-time personalisation onsite and across other channels like email, app push, etc.

The following is a high-level overview of the Teavaro solution embedded into our clients' Owned Media, CRM, Data Solutions, AdTech, MarTech, and Paid Media environment.

Platform Solution Components

One of our core strength is the agility and flexibility to integrate within enterprise solution environments including custom integrations. We have done that for large telco and retail companies.

Looking at our platform solution components in more detail:

  1. User events (analytics) data is captured via Web and App SDKs, leveraging existing data layers, and sent to FunnelConnect. Offline events can be fetched by FunnelConnect via API. Data Feeds can be ingested from S3.

  2. FunnelConnect (FC) creates user data pipelines, which handle real-time IDR, fetch data from centralised profile repository and external sources via API, enrich data, and inline attributes and content.

  3. Raw events including consent are processed, aggregated and enriched into profiles. Real-time events trigger can be configured per use-case. Profile attributes, identifiers, permissions, and personalised content is made available via Profile Repository to FC for real-time inlining.

  4. FunnelManager lets marketers manage data including audience creation. Data can then be activated using iPaaS connectors.

  5. FunnelManager Automation Designer creates use case specific agents to automate user-level data retrieval from Profile Repository and external sources (e.g. client's website, DWH etc.), insights, and hyper personalised content creation using Bedrock.

  6. Outputs are written back to S3 and pushed to ESPs and Profile Repository for rendering and delivering the data to respective marketing channels.

Our platform solution can be deployed for enterprise clients on dedicated AWS cloud processing and storage resources or as account separated dedicated application deployment on shared processing and storage resources.
