Campaigns are the second step in the FunnelManager campaign flow.
Campaigns allow users to:
At campaign-level, users can combine preconstructed segments to construct effective targeted campaigns – both scheduled and trigger-based – for distribution across multiple engagement channels.
Offers allows users to define multiple audiences to be targeted under a single campaign, and for additional personalisation to be managed.
Users can also add permission rules to campaign audiences to ensure regulatory compliance based on real-time customer data.
As with “Segments”, upon selecting “Campaigns” from the menu, you will enter into a summary table showing all campaigns in the FunnelManager instance that is fully searchable and can be filtered by campaign status.
The campaign table is fully searchable in the search bar on the top right of the table, and the table can also be ordered by table headers.
The right sidebar houses the campaigns folders and their management tools. There are also two quick filters for all campaigns (All Folders) and unsorted campaigns (Unknown Folder) to the left of the search bar.
Clicking on a specific campaign within the table will open that campaign’s Campaign Summary.
To the top right of the segment table is the Campaign Creation button (+), used to create a new campaign.
The Campaign Summary provides a view of tthe campaign details, including type, category, campaign IDs, creator and creation date, and the current status. A start date and end date are also listed, but this relates to Campaign Status. It is available when selecting individual campaigns from the campaign table, or is shown automatically once a created campaign is saved.
Below the main Campaign Information, the Campaign Offers are detailed. A further tab also provides an overview of any Compliance that has been defined.
Within this Campaign Summary, there are tools to edit, duplicate, archive and delete the campaign, as well as reporting in the right sidebar.
When fundamental changes are made to the campaign definition, a new version of the campaign is defined.
At present, only the current version can be seen by users, except for in the reporting, where previous version reports are stored for reference.
In future, past campaign versions will be available via the UI.
Campaign reporting allows for the estimation of audience sizes when constructing the campaign (AVAILABLE status).
The estimate takes into account all compliance rules and audience filters, and provides a breakdown of campaign audience by offers.
The campaign will autoestimate upon first save and for any subsequent versions (created after editing the campaign).
When the campaign is PUBLISHED, this estimate function is no longer available, and instead the reporting shows the figures for the previous campaign execution, including breakdown by offer.
All estimates and reports are emailed to the user who initiates them also.
